Refund Policy

We aim to provide fair and transparent service.

1. Booking Payments
All services must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:

  • The service is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

  • We are unable to provide the agreed service

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:

  • The customer cancels last minute

  • The issue is already diagnosed and time has been spent

  • The problem cannot be solved due to external factors beyond our control

4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on the work completed.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within a few business days.
